ACCOUNTING CLERK

DUTIES
- Process accounts payable invoices and ensure accurate and timely payment
- Review and reconcile vendor/customer statements
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Assist with month-end closing activities
- Prepare and analyze financial reports as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any payment discrepancies or issues
- Assist with other accounting duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as an Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial concepts
- Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks)
- Familiarity with general ledger accounting and double entry bookkeeping
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in accounts payable or accounts receivable to join our team. As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial transactions. You will be responsible for processing
invoices, reconciling vendor and customer statements, and assisting with month-end closing activities. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
