Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare intricate individual and business tax returns, including c-corporations, s-corporations, partnerships, exempt organizations, and fiduciary returns.
- Develop, nurture, and strengthen client relationships.
- Provide expert advice on tax-related matters, financial strategies, and business practices.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve complex tax challenges.
- Assist management with various special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in tax return preparation.
- Comprehensive understanding of tax, accounting, and finance principles and practices.
- Bachelor's Degree is required; a Master's Degree is preferred.
- Must possess or be actively pursuing EA or CPA certification.
