The successful candidate will provide technical support for desktop systems, oversee Office 365, and assist with Microsoft Azure support.  

This role is hourly/non-exempt. Between $24.50 and $28.85 per hour.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop hardware and software issues. 

  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems and applications. 

  • Assist with the administration and maintenance of Office 365, including user account management, email setup, and application support. 

  • Assist with the administration and maintenance of NetSuite including CRM, customer logins, searches, reports, and other. 

  • Support Microsoft Azure environments, including basic troubleshooting and user assistance. 

  • Respond to technical support requests via phone, email, Teams chat, and in-person. 

  • Document support activities, solutions, and best practices. 

  • Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve technical issues. 

  • Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and updates. 

Qualifications 

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field is a plus. 

  • Authorization to work in the US 

  • Basic knowledge of desktop operating systems (Windows and Mac OS). 

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and its applications. 

  • Understanding of basic networking concepts. 

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

  • Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude. 

  • Experience with NetSuite is a plus 

  • Great organizational skills with the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment 

  • Dependable and responsible, with an excellent work ethic and team focus 

  • Professional demeanor

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
