Now Hiring Onsite Coordinator In Chino Ca

Pay: $19-$20

Schedule: 12:00PM-9:00PM

Must be open to weekend

The On-Site Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at our project sites, ensuring all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively. This role involves coordinating between different teams, managing resources, and maintaining communication with clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Management:

    • Oversee daily operations at the site to ensure employees remain productive.
    • Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
    • Coordinate with managers and supervisors to manage schedules.

Team Coordination:

    • Coordinating and communicating with a team to ensure we provide exceptional customer service
    • Facilitate communication between different teams to ensure efficiency.
    • Provide support and guidance to on-site staff, resolving issues as they arise.

Client Relations:

  • Maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing their concerns promptly.
  • Provide updates on project status and address any issues or changes in scope.
  • Coordinate site visits and inspections with clients and regulatory bodies.

Requirements:

  • Must be flexible to work weekends and holidays
  • 1-2 years of customer service
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Basic computer skills
