Compliance Manager

Pay Rate: $70,000 a year

Location: Houston, TX 77006

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement audit procedures to ensure agency compliance.
  • Regularly report audit findings, collaborate on status updates, and review incident reports.
  • Collect and analyze data; Evaluate program compliance and participate in Risk Management committees.
  • Serve as the Prevention of Sexual Abuse Compliance Manager; oversee compliance and training initiatives.
  • Develop and conduct staff training and ensure program evaluations are effectively managed. 

 

List Qualification or Requirements:

  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field required.
  • Must have three years of experience at a non-profit, social services agency, or child welfare related agency.
  • Valid Texas Driver’s License.
