Job Title: Purchasing and Inventory Control

Job Summary: The Purchasing and Inventory Control applicant will be focused on maintaining accurate product data information, issuing purchase orders, and updating the sales team on shipment and production ETAs.

Job Responsibilities:

· Issue and track Purchase Orders to overseas vendors

· Create a variety of reports such as PO Status Reports, Inventory Reports, Production Reports and Open Order Reports

· Maintain an accurate log of all incoming purchase order inventory

· Maintain an accurate log of all on hand inventory

· Create excel grids for new catalog and private label projects

· Sort and file all new project information

· Enter all new product details into company database

· Navigate and communicate professionally on Outlook, Team Chats, and phone correspondences

Job Requirements:

· Prefer 1 year of related inventory tracking and purchasing experience

· 2 years minimum college completion and or related degree

· Computer proficiency required, MS Word, Excel, & Outlook

· Ability to work independently and as a team

· Flexibility with regards to job responsibilities

· Strong and organized note taker with attention to detail
