Brevetti Stendalto USA, a global supplier of nylon and steel cable protection systems, is currently searching for an ambitious team-player to fill an open Warehouse and Assembly position. The candidate must be highly motivated, have a solid mechanical aptitude, and be able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for the assembly of our products, packaging & shipping. We are a small & growing team, and this position will require you to wear many hats. You will be a vital contributor to our production operations, and be influential in our continued growth & development. The ability to think on your feet and thrive in an ever changing environment will be critical in achieving success.

The Position:

  • 80% of time spent doing light assembly of nylon cable chains to meet customer’s specifications.
  • 10% of time spent performing shipping and receiving duties.
  • 10% of time spent performing general warehouse functions (inventory management/putting stock away/keeping work areas clean/Etc.)
  • Ability to Build, pack, and schedule product shipments via UPS, FedEx, LTL (truck)
  • Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned.
  • Make recommendations for process improvements where needed.

The Candidate:

  • 3 years minimum assembly & shipping/receiving experience, preferably in an industrial environment.
  • Positive “can-do” attitude and an ability to develop rapport/maintain strong working relationships.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Must be extremely self-motivated to meet expectations in a minimally supervised role
  • Strong mechanical aptitude, and ability to use various assembly tools including screw guns, wrenches, screwdrivers, Etc.
  • Creative thinker who makes recommendations on process improvements, inventory levels, and anything else that might help us with our warehouse operations.
  • Ability to interpret measurements & Intermediate math skills (multiplying fractions or decimals and working with millimeters/meters)
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in an ever-changing environment.
  • Ability to master knowledge of company products and manuals, catalogs, or other materials used.
  • Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, QuickBooks)
  • Have a sincere interest in being part of a small and growing team.
