Schedule:  Monday-Thursday 4:00pm-8:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist seniors and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and ,maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of newsletters, flyers, and other communication materials.
  • Handle general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence. 
  • Support the planning and coordination of events and activities.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Qualification:

  • Associates Degree or 60+ college credits.
  • 1+ years of previous administrative experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
