Position Overview:
We are on the lookout for a top-tier Affiliate and Performance Marketing Manager. This role demands a strategic and analytical thinker with extensive experience in affiliate and performance marketing. The successful candidate will lead and optimize media buying, develop affiliate relationships, and drive profitable campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Collaborate with other marketing leaders to define and execute the strategic roadmap for customer acquisition. Be accountable for team KPI goals, including Spend, ROI, ROAS, CPI, EPC, EPV, CPA, etc.
- Campaign Management: Optimize and scale existing acquisition channels and campaigns. Identify, test, and grow new acquisition channels and campaigns.
- Process Improvement: Enhance department-wide processes, including onboarding, A/B testing, and creative pipelines.
- Best Practices: Identify, organize, and present best practices to improve overall customer acquisition strategy.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of performance-based digital marketing experience running user acquisition marketing campaigns.
- 1+ years of experience managing teams.
- Proven accountability for $5m+ ad spend per year.
- Experience implementing large-scale digital marketing campaigns across major ad networks.
- Skills:
- Deep understanding of data with experience in using data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Amplitude, FullStory).
- Ability to interpret test results for data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional skills in spreadsheets, data analysis, and digital media buying.
- Ability to pivot readily and react to real-time data.
- Technical Proficiency: Mid to advanced-level experience with general computer functions and mobility.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Additional Skills: SEO/SEM experience is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Media Buyer (Display/Native Specialist/Email):
- 3+ years of experience in GDN (Google Display Network) and other Media Exchanges.
- Proficient in Display and Native advertising, with YouTube experience being an advantage.
- Experienced in campaign strategy, audience targeting, behavioral targeting, and optimization.
- Skilled with Google Display, Google AdSense, and YouTube.
- 3+ years of experience with AdWords and Paid Social.
- Proficient in Google AdWords and Facebook Business Marketing.
