Desktop Support Technician

Job DescriptionJob Description

Skills:

  • Proven experience and proficiency with Azure Active Directory, including user and group management, device registration, and integration.
  • Strong desktop support skills, with the ability to configure and troubleshoot devices within a domain environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a patient and empathetic approach to guiding users through technical processes.
  • Ability to follow and contribute to the development of standardized, repeatable processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring thorough documentation of user interactions and technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Azure Active Directory or related Microsoft technologies is a plus.
  • 2 years of prior experience in a similar role involving user account setup or migration projects.

Additional Information:

  • This is a temporary project-based role with the possibility of extension based on project needs.
  • Training on specific processes will be provided; however, a foundational understanding of Azure Active Directory and Desktop Support is required.
