We are considered the best local source for high-quality Loose-Leaf Tea. We are known for our knowledge as well as our customer service. We operate 3, daily stores in Sumner, Lakewood and Ruston. This posting will begin primarily in Ruston in the Waterfront Market.
We need someone who enjoys engaging people, showing them new things but can explain with patience. A person who can show enthusiasm for our products and have favorites but understand that each customer had individual needs. Someone who finds personal fulfillment when a customer leaves excited with what they found.
Beginning training schedule will be Fri, Sat, Sun 1:00 - 6:00, for as long as needed. Once trained, this person will be capable of operating our retail Tea Store without supervision. Future schedules may include Lakewood location or Holiday events. Specific Tea knowledge will be taught, and sales techniques will be discussed and reviewed. We simply need to find a high-quality candidate with a great personality and very high integrity.
