Job Summary

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate Keyholder to join our team at our Tacoma store. The successful candidate will provide a great in-store shopping experience for our customers and execute opening and closing procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Opening and Closing Procedures: Balance registers, prepare deposits, and activate the security system.
  • Customer Service: Provide a positive and welcoming experience for customers, resolve issues promptly, and determine a resolution or escalate further as needed.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stockroom to ensure the store is safe and inviting to customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Assist with product launch changes according to company SOP and deliver on all aspects of the customer experience model.
  • Technology: Process transactions quickly and accurately, reducing customer wait time, and proficiently use technology (iPad, registers).
Requirements
  • Education: High School or Equivalent
  • Experience: 0-2 years of relevant job experience, minimum 6 months
  • Availability: Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours
  • Physical Requirements: Meets physical requirements
