Availability:

Flexible Scheduling

Monday-Friday (7am-4pm), Saturdays (7am-noon), Sundays (CLOSED)

Full-time benefits eligibility (40 hours per week, bi-weekly pay periods) with potential overtime

Position Summary:

We are searching for an ambitious Administrative Coordinator to join our team You will help maintain effective workflow in the office by assisting the store manager and division Supervisors with general administrative work. This includes finance, marketing, special events, purchasing and human resource paperwork. Our ideal candidate has excellent verbal and written communication skills, excelled interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations, and superior organizational/critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities/ Duties:

  • Assist with the recruitment processes and procedures including…

  • Vetting through applications

  • Conducting interviews

  • Implementing screening and selection

  • Onboarding (electronic I-9, ADP wizard, direct deposit info, etc.)

  • All other practitioner procedures as defined by HR

  • Assist with filing paperwork and documentation relating to employee life cycle at Russo Power

  • Create employee status changes within the HR SharePoint site which includes, termination checklists, transfer checklists, accident checklists

  • Assist with benefit enrollment

  • Continually nurture and manage employee engagement and recognition programs

  • Point of contact for HR, Marketing, and Finance divisions

  • Point of contact for special event planning

  • Monitor/track internal and expense tickets for the location

  • Purchase, expense, and track store supplies
