Position Overview:

Are you a driven, enthusiastic sales professional with a passion for helping clients find exactly what they need? We are seeking a top-notch Sales Consultant to join our team. This is not just another sales job—it’s an opportunity to build a fulfilling career in a growing business with a great earning potential. This position is paid a $60,000 base with a commission potential on top of your base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Greet and engage with customers in the showroom, offering personalized assistance and building strong relationships.

• Sales Execution: Actively listen to customers’ needs and preferences, providing expert advice and guiding them through the selection process. Your primary focus is on closing sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Product Knowledge: Become an expert on our range of lighting, fans, furniture, and home accents. Stay informed about the latest trends and product offerings to provide knowledgeable recommendations to clients.

• Attention to Detail: Ensure all sales transactions are handled accurately and efficiently. Pay close attention to client requests and follow up on all aspects of the sale.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the showroom team to create a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for every customer. Share insights and strategies to help the team achieve sales targets.

• Positive Attitude: Maintain a friendly, positive demeanor in all customer and team interactions. We value respect, integrity, and professionalism in our showroom.

Qualifications:

• Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a retail environment. Experience in the home furnishings or design sector is a plus, but not required.

• Customer-Centric Mindset: A passion for helping customers find the perfect products for their needs. You should be a natural problem solver and skilled at closing sales.
