We are seeking a results-oriented Project Manager to oversee the successful implementation of our healthcare technology solutions.  This role will be responsible for oversight of projects from initiation to closure, ensuring efficient project delivery, and driving continuous improvement along with best practices in the PMO function.


Specifics

The core job responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:


    • Develop and execute project plans within specified timelines.
    • Track project progress, measure performance against key metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Engineering, Product, Integrations, Product, Marketing, Finance etc.) to ensure seamless project execution.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate during implementation.
    • Identify and escalate all risks and decisions to the appropriate audiences.
    • Posses a thorough understanding of FMH platform features and functionality.
    • Facilitate lessons learned sessions and share suggestions for process improvement with the team and leadership.
    • Occasional travel. 


Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in business, engineering, or similar.
  • 1-3 years leading large scale/complex projects, 2-4 years' experience leading large scale/complex projects, 2+ years of Health Plan and/or PBM experience, Healthcare IT experience a plus.
  • Leading complex projects, Strong communication/interpersonal skills, Healthcare IT knowledge.
  • PMP, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma certification a plus, PM software tools (Monday.com, etc.), PBM experience a plus.
  • Leadership, Project Management, Communications, Negotiation, Problem solving, Risk management, Adaptability, Issue/Conflict resolution.
