We are seeking a Technical Project Manager for Software Implementation (Contractor for 6 months).

This role reports directly to the CEO and is dedicated to converting client needs into actionable user stories, ensuring that these stories are monitored and delivered effectively.

This is an onsite position requiring in-person attendance.

While coding for new products is not required, a quick understanding of product technicalities is essential. You will need to draft user stories based on your comprehension of engineering and system details. Additionally, you will troubleshoot customer issues, identify root causes, and create necessary JIRA tasks for resolution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.

  • Reviews all customer communication channels daily and generates JIRA tickets for all customer inquiries.
  • Creates JIRA user stories for all customer requests as they arise.
  • Develops acceptance criteria and test cases for all customer requests as they come in.
  • Conducts initial user-acceptance testing for all customer deliveries.
  • Monitors the delivery and progress of all customer requests daily.
  • Provides daily updates to customers regarding the status of their requests.
  • Independently and swiftly learns the YinzCam Content Management System (CMS) to implement necessary changes for customers.

QUALIFICATIONS.

  • A degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering is required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in managing software implementation projects, particularly for mobile applications.
  • At least 4 years of proficiency in JIRA, JQL, and writing user stories while tracking product requirements.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience using Figma for design asset creation.
  • Exceptional written communication skills with a keen eye for grammar, punctuation, and copywriting.
  • Willingness to work in-person, 5 days a week, from 8:30 AM to 6 PM.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours associated with the sports industry, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
