We are seeking a Technical Project Manager for Software Implementation (Contractor).

This position reports directly to the CEO and is dedicated to converting client specifications into actionable user stories, ensuring that these stories are meticulously tracked and delivered to the client.

This is an onsite, in-person position.

While coding for new products is not required, a quick and independent understanding of technical product details is essential. You will need to create user stories based on your comprehension of engineering and system specifications. Additionally, you will troubleshoot customer issues, identify root causes, and generate necessary JIRA tasks for resolution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.

  • Monitor all customer communication channels daily and create JIRA tickets for all customer inquiries.
  • Draft JIRA user stories for all incoming customer requests.
  • Develop acceptance criteria and test cases for all customer requests as they arise.
  • Conduct initial user-acceptance testing for all customer deliveries.
  • Track the progress and delivery of all customer requests daily.
  • Provide daily updates to customers regarding the status of their requests.
  • Independently and swiftly learn the YinzCam Content Management System (CMS) to implement necessary changes for customers.

QUALIFICATIONS.

  • A degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering is required.
  • 4+ years of experience in managing software implementation projects, particularly for mobile applications.
  • 4+ years of proficiency in JIRA, JQL, writing user stories, and tracking product requirements.
  • 4+ years of experience using Figma for design asset creation.
  • Exceptional written communication skills, with a keen eye for grammar, punctuation, and copywriting.
  • Ability to work in-person, five days a week, during standard office hours.
  • Willingness to accommodate the non-traditional hours of the sports industry, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
