Position Overview

Become an integral part of Free Market Health and contribute to the advancement of our healthcare technology initiatives.

We are in search of a detail-oriented Implementation Coordinator to manage the effective deployment of our healthcare solutions. This position will entail supervising projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and fostering ongoing enhancements alongside established best practices within the Project Management Office (PMO).

Key Responsibilities

The primary duties for this role encompass, but are not limited to:

    • Formulate and implement project strategies adhering to designated timelines.
    • Monitor project developments, evaluate performance against established benchmarks, and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement.
    • Engage with multidisciplinary teams (Sales, Engineering, Product, Integrations, Marketing, Finance, etc.) to guarantee smooth project execution.
    • Build and sustain robust relationships with clients, serving as a reliable consultant and supporter throughout the implementation process.
    • Recognize and escalate all potential risks and decisions to the relevant stakeholders.
    • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of FMH platform capabilities and functionalities.
    • Conduct post-project reviews and share recommendations for process enhancements with the team and management.
    • Willingness to travel as necessary.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience managing large-scale or complex projects, with 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred, including 2+ years in Health Plan and/or PBM roles; experience in Healthcare IT is advantageous.
  • Proven track record in leading intricate projects, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a solid understanding of Healthcare IT.
  • PMP, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma certifications are beneficial, as well as familiarity with project management software tools.
  • Skills in leadership, project management, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, risk management, adaptability, and conflict resolution.
