Growing general contracting firm seeking a dynamic, Bilingual Front Office Coordinator to manage their front office.  Your exemplary customer service and refined administrative skills will be fully utilized in this busy, yet uniquely rewarding, enjoyable and invigorating work environment.  Accuracy, organization and flexibility are key attributes for success in this role.

  • Schedule: Full-time, Mon-Fri, 8 hours/day,  flexible on start and end time
  • Location: Onsite 100% in San Rafael/Terra Linda
  • Pay: $30 - 35/hour

Bilingual Front Office Coordinator Responsibilities include: 

  • Oversee daily office operations; Initial point of contact for all incoming calls, Clients, visitors
  • Support departments as needed. Including Human Resources, Accounting, Project Management;
  • Establish, organize and maintain departmental files
  • Maintain office equipment and supplies

Bilingual Front Office Coordinator requirements:

  • Must be bilingual – Spanish/English
  • 3+ years  prior administrative support experience
  • Resourceful and self directed
  • Excellent time and organization skills
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills; Spanish and English
  • Proficient in Excel and Word – intermediate to advanced Excel skills are a plus
