A creative-first group working to build relations and authentic messages to
further evolve the brand and its meaning.
We are searching for a Search Engine Media, who will work with our SEM Agency partners to
optimize spend and maximize performance. The ideal candidate would have 3-4 years of
experience with a focus on retail or fashion brands on google ads, google analytics, Bing
Search engine, and Facebook ads.
The Media Specialist will report to the Marketing Director, while responsible for planning,
executing, evaluating, optimizing paid search and social strategies, on-site tracking, Google
Analytics and other platform Strategies.
[Job Summary]
Role and Responsibility
- Search Engine Marketing
- Collaborate with brand experience team to create and deploy optimized media strategies
- Develop weekly/Monthly/Quarterly reporting through Google Analytics and our partner agencies data centers
- Manage Google merchant center data and prioritize product based on stock health and sales performance.
- Monitor and manage display campaigns, ensuring level of brand experience is maintained
- Social Media
- Collaborate with broader marketing teams to strategize new launch and conversion media on Social platforms
- Collaborate with Warehouse team to identify risk and opportunity within our catalog, and optimize strategy for maximum return
- Manage a series of campaigns spread across awareness, conversion, and remarketing
[Job Description]
- Reporting to Marketing Director, support Assistant Marketing manager to create insightful and effective briefs for campaigns, collaborations, design projects for designers and agency partners.
[Qualifications]
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years managing paid media in-house or as an agency
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Netsuite
- Excellent Communication and organizational skills
- Excellent Analytical skills
- Creative problem solver with a proactive mentality
- Can work independently or with a group
- Strong work ethic with commitment to achieving targeted objectives.
