Your Role and Impact

The Associate Digital Marketing Manager will assist with our digital marketing campaigns and strategies. Initially, this role will be focused on optimizing our campaigns in Google Ads and making sure Google Analytics 4 is configured correctly. As you gain traction, this role will evolve to include automation, experimenting with AI tools, and other undeveloped strategies, such as affiliate marketing. A data-driven approach is required to create, execute and optimize our marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive revenue. While you will have a special focus on enhancing our SEO/SEM strategies and deepening our analytics capabilities, your contribution will not be limited to these areas. You'll also be involved in shaping and executing broader marketing initiatives, ensuring our approach is holistic and encompasses various aspects of digital marketing.

 

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the company's marketing objectives, target audiences, and budget constraints
  • Manage end-to-end digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads
  • Initiate and oversee automation and AI-driven initiatives, while staying up-to-date with emerging technologies in these areas, to optimize marketing efforts and maintain a competitive edge in the digital advertising landscape.
  • Collaborate closely across marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital advertising efforts
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and audience behavior, using insights to inform campaign strategies
  • Develop and refine SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic search visibility and cost-effective customer acquisition.
  • Create engaging ad creatives and ensure landing pages resonate with the target audience to drive desired actions
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital advertising campaigns, using data to make informed decisions and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
  • Continuously test and refine advertising strategies, targeting options, and messaging to improve campaign performance over time
  • Collaborate with the web development and design teams to ensure optimal user experience and conversion rates on landing pages and website components related to advertising campaigns

 

Your Profile

  • BA in Marketing, Business or related
  • 6+ years of digital marketing experience
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics
  • Proven experience in SEO/SEM optimization and strategy.
  • Experience in managing advertising campaigns across multiple social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, and Twitter is a plus
  • Proficiency in analytics, with a track record of using data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Basic understanding of AI and automation tools is a plus.
  • Creative mindset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of SEO and other content marketing principles is a plus
  • Knowledge of ABM practices is a plus
