Job Overview:
Steward Machine Co., Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist | HR Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for corporate staff positions, management roles, and manufacturing positions within our organization. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates who align with our Company culture and values.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies for corporate, management, and manufacturing positions.

2. Utilize various recruiting methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

3. Screen resumes, conduct phone screenings, and coordinate interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.

4. Coordinate and participate in job fairs, campus recruitment events, and other recruitment activities to build a pipeline of talent.

5. Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and timely candidate documentation and communication.

6. Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment with selected candidates, in alignment with company policies and budgetary constraints.

7. Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.

8. Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve recruitment processes, enhance candidate experience, and support overall HR initiatives.

9. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

- 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a manufacturing or related industry.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.

- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software/tools.

- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

- Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach to recruitment.
