The Opportunity:
In this role you will: 

Assist with the full recruitment cycle, including but not limited:Creating & posting job openings

Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams

Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback

Assist with the preparation of offer letters and employment contract

Conduct background checks and other pre-employment screenings as needed.

Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training coordination.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR databases.

Requirements:

Prior experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, or HR administration in a medium -large global organisation

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Excellent experience working within LinkedIn recruiter and ATS systems 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Proactive attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges and learn quickly.

Have excellent written and verbal English language skills, with one other European language an advantage.
