Office Manager Job Description:
The Office Manager is responsible for offering local and Regional administrative assistance through the execution of various office duties to aid local and regional operations. This role collaborates with Operational Leadership to guarantee prompt and precise contract compliance, billing, purchase order management, rate set-up, and other construction expenses.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee intricate office administrative tasks that involve independent judgment and initiative, such as composing letters, memos, invoices, reports, and various documents for senior personnel
  • Provide support to senior Leadership for events and meetings, managing logistics, calendars, expenses, and other related tasks.
  • Collaborate with Branch admin to ensure efficient delivery of administrative functions throughout the region
  • Coordinate with environmental department to monitor and uphold certifications and contractual obligations
  • Handle local new hire packages, I9 tracking, and drug testing setup, as well as general office duties like record-keeping, supply ordering, and invoice processing
  • Supervise and assist local biller, and contribute to Regional Safety initiatives by fulfilling data requests, reconciling dashboards, and ensuring training compliance.


Qualifications

  • -High School degree, or GED equivalent, required. Bachler’s degree in Business preferred
  • -Requires 1 to 3 years of office management experience.
  • -Construction Industry / Job Cost experience preferred.
  • -Understanding and knowledge of Union labor agreements
  • -Excellent oral and written communication skills are necessary to effectively interact with employees, customers, and personnel at other branch offices and Corporate.
  • -The ability to process complex time-sensitive data and information from multiple sources is required, along with the capability to make decisions based on this data and effectively communicate the necessary actions to customers and staff.
  • -Proficiency in word and excel, as well as other Business-related operations software, is preferred and expected.
  • -Strong leadership abilities are preferred to inspire and coach employees in order to achieve strategic goals and complete related tasks.
  • -A high school diploma is generally required, although additional business-related education or specialized training is desirable.
