Job Title: Office Assistant

About Us: STMW Manufacturing is a provider of premier Sheet Metal Fabrication, CNC Machining and Assembly in Central Texas. We provide parts for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and contract manufacturers (CMs) in the telecommunication, semi-conductor industry.

We are seeking 1 qualified candidate available to work the following days and times:

· Monday -Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Position Summary:

The primary responsibility of this position is to manage the phone system, greet visitors and will provide administrative support functions for the Customer Support department as detailed below.

Position Responsibilities:

· Data entry and tracking.

· Flexible and able to multi-task.

· Manages inventory tracking.

· Ability to interact with callers, visitors and customers via phone and email correspondence.

· Ability to handle multiple business units, projects, and priorities.

· Tech savvy.

Skills:

· Strong attention to detail is required.

· Ability to work in fast-paced environment to meet strict deadlines.

· Excellent communication skills both written and oral.

· Able to work independently within specified time constraints.

· General knowledge of Microsoft office – specifically strong in Excel.
