Key Responsibilities
  • FAB Facility Integration: Design seamless integration among facilities requiring FAB equipment. Oversee audits of material and piping integration status. Provide strategic direction to ensure stability by assessing and addressing facility needs.
  • Emergency Response and Infrastructure Normalization: Lead proactive responses to system abnormalities to prevent deterioration. Make critical decisions regarding recovery tasks to restore normal infrastructure operations.
  • Facility System Operations: Ensure quality management, raw material integrity, production, and supply chain efficiency by monitoring real-time facility system operations and analyzing usage metrics.
Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Master’s degree preferred
• Typically requires 25+ years of relevant experience
• Previous experience in Semiconductor-related Facilities Management
• Experience overseeing multi-plant facilities is preferred
• International management experience is a plus
• Deep knowledge of best practices within the functional area and ability to apply them across the organization
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, even in complex scenarios
• Ability to multitask and adapt to constant changes
• Proficient in relevant systems and Microsoft Office software
• Expert-level meeting management and presentation skills
• Proven ability to lead teams and influence others
• Capable of achieving significant results through collaboration
• Exceptional project management skills
• Ability to recommend cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives
