Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous Quality Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

-Demonstrate strong computer skills.

-Experience with Calypso software preferred.

-Experience with operating a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) for dimensional inspections

- Conduct quality inspections on products to identify defects or deviations from specifications

-Experience with Adobe Illustrator a plus.

-Exceptional blueprint reading skills with interpretation of Geometrical Dimensions and Tolerances.

-Able to do in process checks by with measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers and thread gauges.

-Familiar with ISO 9001 quality processes and procedures.

-Be self-motivated and work independently and as a team member.

-Strong organizational skills.

-Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

-Work flexible hours/shifts, including overtime.

Skills:
- Proficiency in quality inspection techniques and methodologies
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends
- Experience with Precision Measuring Instruments
- Familiarity with Quality Systems and Standards
- Ability to operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)
- Understanding of regulations related to product quality and safety
