We are looking for Order Processing and E-Commerce Assistant:

Job Duties:

Order Processing and Tracking:

· Efficiently process orders and enter tracking information as required.

· Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.

Amazon Vendor Central Management:

· Generate and provide the Amazon Vendor Central file weekly on Mondays for approval.

· Coordinate with relevant teams to determine the availability of items for shipment to FCs.

 

Inventory Management:

· Manually update inventory daily.

· Send inventory reports via email every week as needed.

 

Zendesk Ticketing System:

· Process tickets in the Zendesk ticketing system promptly and effectively.

· Ensure proper resolution and documentation of customer inquiries and issues.

Warranty Claims and Returns:

· Process warranty claims for both wholesale and retail customers.

· Set up Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) and handle returns for wholesale and retail customers.

 

Business Partner Collaboration:

· Set up new items with various business partners and facilitate uploading product images.

Content Creation:

· Write engaging and informative content for new products.

 

Qualifications:

· Associate degree required

Previous experience in order processing, inventory management, and customer service.

· Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central and Zendesk ticketing system.

· Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

· Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

 

Candidates with experience in SAP will be at an advantage, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our company.

Training will be provided.
