We are seeking a motivated and skilled Field Technician to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in performing high-quality electrical installations, driving a company vehicle to various job sites, and upholding our standards of communication, integrity, and work ethic. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical work, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to maintaining the company's reputation and relationships with clients. This job will take place outside in Florida weather. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct new electrical installations in both residential and commercial settings, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard and in compliance with all safety regulations and codes.
  • Operate and maintain a company vehicle with responsibility, ensuring it is kept in good condition and used in accordance with company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management to report on job progress, potential issues, and solutions, ensuring transparency and trust in all interactions.
  • Maintain the utmost integrity by respecting company-client relationships, avoiding any actions that could be perceived as soliciting clients away from the company.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic, showing dedication to completing tasks efficiently, accurately, and with a commitment to quality and safety.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance technical skills and stay up-to-date with industry standards and technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an electrician, with a focus on new installations preferred.
  • Valid electrician's license or certification as required by state regulations.
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach to work.
  • Commitment to ethical conduct, demonstrating honesty, integrity, and professionalism in all aspects of the role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, showing initiative and responsibility in all tasks.
