Position Overview: This role requires meticulous attention to scheduling 3-4 jobs per technician per week, with at least 40 jobs organized at least one week in advance. The Scheduler will ensure optimal job routing using Jobber, coordinate closely with builders for detailed job specifications, and liaise with field superintendents for prompt job presiting and scheduling within 3 days of receipt. A key aspect of this role is maintaining a customer-centric approach, embodying a pleasing personality to enhance client interactions and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently schedule technicians, ensuring 40+ future jobs with optimal routing via Jobber.
  • Gather comprehensive job details by following up with builders promptly.
  • Coordinate job presiting and scheduling with field superintendents within 3 days of job receipt.
  • Embody a customer-focused approach, ensuring positive and professional interactions.
  • Adapt schedules to changes, maintaining high efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Proactively communicate schedule updates with the field team and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in scheduling or logistics, with a strong preference for candidates skilled in using Jobber.
  • A pleasing personality and a strong focus on customer service excellence.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changes and effectively solve scheduling challenges.
  • A team player with a proactive approach to job coordination and client relations.
