Cold Stone Creamery is a premium ice cream brand that offers the ultimate ice cream experience. We make our ice cream fresh daily in every store, and we mix it with a variety of toppings on a frozen granite stone. Our customers can choose from our signature creations or create their own combinations.

As an assistant manager, you will be responsible for:

- Supporting the store manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store

- Ensuring that all crew members follow the brand standards and procedures

- Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or complaints

- Training and coaching new and existing crew members

- Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and safety

- Opening and closing the store, handling cash, and preparing reports

- Ability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, including nights and weekends

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- Previous experience in food service, retail, or customer service

- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role

- A high school diploma or equivalent

- A food handler's certificate or the ability to obtain one

- A flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

- A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a passion for ice cream
