Cold Stone Creamery es una marca de helados premium que ofrece la experiencia definitiva en helados. Elaboramos nuestro helado fresco diariamente en cada tienda y lo mezclamos con una variedad de ingredientes en una piedra de granito congelada. Nuestros clientes pueden elegir entre nuestras creaciones emblemáticas o crear sus propias combinaciones.

Como líder de equipo, serás responsable de:

  • Apoyar al gerente de la tienda en la supervisión de las operaciones diarias.
  • Asegurar que todos los colaboradores sigan los estándares y procedimientos de la marca.
  • Brindar un servicio al cliente excepcional y resolver cualquier problema o queja.
  • Capacitar y orientar a nuevos colaboradores y a los existentes.
  • Gestionar el inventario, realizar pedidos de suministros y mantener la limpieza y seguridad.
  • Abrir y cerrar la tienda, manejar el efectivo y preparar informes.

Es necesario tener disponibilidad para trabajar un mínimo de 30 horas a la semana, incluyendo noches y fines de semana.

Para tener éxito en este puesto, deberías contar con:

  • Experiencia previa en servicio de alimentos, comercio minorista o atención al cliente.
  • Experiencia previa en un rol de supervisión o gestión.
  • Un diploma de secundaria o equivalente.
  • Un certificado de manipulador de alimentos o la capacidad de obtener uno.
  • Un horario flexible, incluyendo fines de semana y días festivos.
  • Una actitud positiva, una sólida ética de trabajo y una pasión por el helado.
