Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Order Fulfillment: Proactively obtain new job orders, ensuring a steady flow of work for temporary employees.
  • Recruitment & Hiring: Assist the recruitment team in filling open positions with qualified candidates, from machine operators to customer service representatives.
  • On-Site Supervision: Provide direct supervision to temporary employees at client sites, ensuring their safety, productivity, and morale.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Maintain open communication with both clients and internal teams, including weekly check-ins and timely reporting.
  • Safety & Compliance: Create and maintain safety reports, work closely with the safety team to prevent injuries, and report incidents promptly.
  • Problem-Solving: Think on your feet and handle any situation with a positive attitude and exceptional customer service.
  • Assist with the recruitment and selection process for temporary employees, including reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities
  • Represent United to clients in a professional, courteous, and knowledgeable manner
  • Support the sourcing and recruiting efforts for a designated area
  • Timely maintenance of administrative tasks including data entry and integrity of candidate information
  • Answer the telephone and provide assistance for common questions or direct callers as appropriate
  • Obtain/assist in the completion of job descriptions
  • Assist with the screening of resumes and schedule candidate interviews
  • Assist with maintaining written documentation on specific policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance to local employment and privacy law, including pre-employment screening requirements and successfully completed in accordance with contractual and governmental regulations
  • When onsite, escort all new External Talent to the work area on their first day of assignment
  • Assist in any event coordination and attend as a United representative when appropriate
  • Assist in preparing miscellaneous reports as requested
  • Complete special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the staffing industry
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships.
  • Proven ability to handle stress and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Commitment to safety and compliance with all applicable regulations.
  • Maintain professionalism in all situations and environments High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Reliable and punctual with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
