The Assistant Property Manager (APM) will assist the Property Manager (PM) in managing a portfolio of commercial properties. The APM will work hand in hand with the PM with building maintenance, tenant and vendor relations and processing invoices including, but not limited to:

  • Correspondence and contract preparation
  • Tenant communication via e-mail and telephone
  • Preparation of vendor purchase orders
  • Coding and scanning vendor invoices for Property Manager's approval
  • Insurance claim reporting
  • Tenant follow up
  • Utility account management
  • Assist leasing with vacant unit access

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • Prior real estate and/or property management experience
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to multi task
  • Word (proficient) and Excel (intermediate)
  • AppFolio
