Requirements of the Customer Support Agent :

  • Bachelors Degree is required
  • Spanish language ability is a huge plus
  • 1 – 2 years of customer service experience
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills (verbal/written)
  • Experience operating on Zendesk or similar CRM platforms is a big plus
  • Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
  • Ambitious and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech and computer savvy
  • Desire to jumpstart a career with a reputable company


Responsibilities of the Customer Support Agent :

  • Provide high-level support and information to customers via phone, email, and online chat
  • Maintaining overall customer satisfaction and brand loyalty
  • General administrative office support to include date-entry and filing duties
  • Provide order support for orders placed online and products purchased in partner retail stores
  • Troubleshoot product issues
  • May support receptionist duties if needed
  • Assist customers with any and all questions they may have


Employment Type: Long-Term Temporary

Location: Torrance, CA

Schedule: Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm
