• Demonstrate proficiency in 'Call Center Customer Service', 'Customer Service', and 'Basic Troubleshooting'.

• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the manufacturing industry

• Proficiency in utilizing Customer Service Management systems

• Knowledge in basic troubleshooting to assist customers with product issues

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively address customer needs

• Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints or inquiries

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously

• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education or certifications in relevant field are a plus

• Familiarity with the manufacturing industry and its processes would be advantageous

• Flexibility to work in shifts, during weekends, or holidays if required

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word

• Bilingual in French Canadian is required

• Proven track record of maintaining professionalism and patience in high-stress situations.
