Seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst for a manufacturing company. This is a full-time, 1st shift role with great benefits and opportunity for growth
- AP tasks including printout invoices, match packing slips, attached payment confirmation
- Enter info into our accounting system (QuickBooks and Fishbone)
- Prove invoices of received items
- Prepare detailed analyses including freight expense, vendor activity reports, commission expense
- Prepare Excel reports required by Senior Management and Accounting Department
Requirements
- Associates in Accounting or Finance required.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is highly preferred.
- Proficient in Excel skills required
- QuickBooks experience required
- Strong ability to communicate in writing and verbally with Management team
- Great organizational skills with strong attention to detail
