RemX is recruiting for a Full time Office Mail Clerk opportunity.
Pay = $17-$18/hour
Schedule-= Monday-Friday; 8am - 5pm
On-Site Role in Knoxville TN
The primary role is receiving, scanning, and logging of return mail. Also, running reports, tracking returned checks, working with other leaders to resolve issues. The administrative tasks are ensuring breakrooms are stocked with supplies, raising any facility issues to management, greeting and documenting visitors into the office, and interacting with building and cleaning services.
This an entry level role for Administrative and Customer Service focused individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sort and collate incoming mail from various carriers (UPS, FEDEX, USPS)
- Review daily bounce-back email report and follow-up with intended recipients
- Help track and log all mail data for Support utilizing Excel, Salesforce, and Quicksite
- Answer calls related to routing of UPS packages
- Maintain records of office supplies needed and ordering as needed.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of processes.
- Assist with coordination of site events, including ordering, set-up/clean-up.
- Tracking visitors into the office
- Other duties as assigned.
Sills & Abilities:
- 2 Years Professional Experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt in a complex and changing environment.
- Good computer skills
- Team oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Approach tasks as problem-solver and with confidence.
- Strong organization skills
- Process-driven with attention to detail
- Ability to work in-office
- Excellent Verbal and written communication
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years professional experience preferred.
- Experience with MS Office, Google Suite, CRM applications, Quicksite.
- Call Center or Customer Service experience a plus.
