· Consult customers on best point of contact for questions and assist in resolutions to client questions and concerns.
· Properly record and retrieve data using the agency management systems.
· Provide professional and courteous service to agency insureds by telephone and email correspondence.
· Accurately record client notes in agency management system for activities related account servicing.
· Properly acquire needed documentation for quoting, rate comparisons and proposals
· Produce professional quotes and presentation materials needed for sales, enrollments, and renewals.
Competencies · Communication proficiency in person and by phone with team members and insureds· Proficiency in sending emails to clients and responding to team member requests.· Ethical Conduct · Flexibility · Initiative · Time Management · Typing of a minimum of 40 wpm Supervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position.
