Our client is seeking a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler for their Miami location to maintain production and performance levels through planning, scheduling and coordinating repairs and maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Plans, schedules and coordinates Field Service Technician production based upon site-wide field trips, priority, available work force, and other criteria.
- Prepares Shop Technician production schedule.
- Schedules subcontractors as needed.
- Creates POs including agreed upon pricing as needed.
- Creates Work Orders as needed.
- Communicates with customers and confirms schedule date.
Requirements
- Planning, organizing and scheduling workflow including corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance work experience highly preferred.
- Must have strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Previous ERP experience is a plus.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of coworkers, as well as customers.
