POSITION OBJECTIVE

  • Focused role in crane upkeep, evaluation, and restoration
  • Collaboration with the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor and Planner
  • Guarantee secure evaluations, diagnostics, and prompt restorations
  • Execute effective preventative maintenance plans

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Compliance with safety protocols and organizational policies
  • Perform comprehensive evaluations, diagnostics, and repairs on cranes and lifting apparatus
  • Generate detailed daily activity documentation
  • Support in scheduling equipment and conducting annual evaluations
  • Utilize schematics for proficient troubleshooting
  • Ensure vehicles and equipment are maintained in peak condition
  • Operate tools and machinery safely
  • Oversee work orders and documentation utilizing SAP and Microsoft Office

REQUIREMENTS

  • Mandatory: Certified Overhead Crane Technician
  • Preferred: NCCO or Crane Inspection & Certification Bureau Certification
  • 5+ years of pertinent experience in crane service, repair, and evaluation
  • Understanding of crane functionality, operation, electrical systems, mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • In-depth knowledge of inspection, repair, and maintenance procedures
  • Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively
  • Strong communication and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, and English language
