We are seeking a Crossroads Distributing Sales Associate to become an integral part of our team You will gauge sales opportunities and provide extensive customer service to all clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Educate and sell company products and services to new and existing customers clients
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by deadline
  • Close and follow up on sales transactions
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints
  • Network and build relationships with new and existing client base

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Ability to build rapport with clients

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and needs
- Sell home decor, gift, novelty, handbags, wallets, jewelry, custom framing, and all other items offered within our Distribution Center / Old Mill Gift retail store, utilizing product knowledge and sales techniques
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain stock levels and ensure products are properly displayed
- Communicate effectively with customers in English, to provide a positive shopping experience
- Assist with inventory management, tagging inventory, and stocking of merchandise

-Assist with pulling customer orders and shipping items.

Skills:
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers
- Knowledge of products offered for sale within our company.
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions
- Candidate must speak fluent English, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stock merchandise and maintain organized displays

-Ability to stand, kneel, bend, sit for durations of time. Ability to lift 40 lbs.

-Attention to detail with excellent hand and eye coordination.

-Professional Montana dress required. No shorts, tank tops, closed toed shoes required.

-Maintain good hygiene and professional appearance.

-Ability to maintain all safety, security, and cleanliness requirements

-Speak fluent English

-High School Diploma

-Authorized to work in the United States.

-Two years consistent solid work history in sales and customer service.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Hourly Pay: $15.75 - $18.50

Expected hours: 40 hours
