Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our farm team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing outstanding customer service, generating sales, and suggesting products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Generate sales and suggest products to customers, based on their needs and preferences.
  • Stock and merchandise products, maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Safeguard company assets, including cash, merchandise, and equipment.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds, and stand for long periods of time.
