ABOUT THE JOB
Service Master sales professionals are responsible for selling restoration services in response to fire, water, and other damage to homes. Our sales leaders are on the front line in the field and are the face and voice of Service Master. A Spanish speaker is preferred but not required
Your job duties will include:
- Prospecting for new contacts.
- Building and maintaining existing client relationships.
- Responding to both residential and commercial losses.
- Building a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Identifying key local targets.
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate for this sales position will have experience in insurance claims or the restoration industry. Insurance adjuster knowledge a plus.
- 2 or more years of business-to-business outside sales experience preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Fundamental understanding of outside sales and business-to-business sales tactics and techniques
- Ability to communicate, build relationships, provide customer service, prioritize, account forecast / planning, negotiating, consultative selling, and superior organizational and time management skills
- Ability to perform work without direct supervision
- Ability to work after hours and be on-call after normal business hours
- Construction Knowledge a plus
- Knowledge of Spanish a plus
