The Pregnancy Centers of Middle Tennessee is seeking a highly efficient and effective Operations & Project Specialist with outstanding administrative skills. This position will report directly to the Executive Director. The ideal person for the job is a problem solver with exceptional communication skills and attention to detail. Previous experience in administrative duties required. The position requires a good working knowledge of general office functions; proficiency in the use of office software with emphasis on Microsoft and Google; computer skills, internet navigation and internal CRM.

Tasks

  • Excel Charting: Donor & Center Productivity
  • Payroll Administration
  • Research grant opportunities.
  • Assist with all events and open houses.
  • Maintain donor database in CRM.
  • Assist with marketing materials i.e., videos, interviews, publish quarterly newsletter.
  • Create and maintain social media content, track media outcome and growth.
  • Data Entry – Client Intake Forms.
  • Schedule client visits in the center.
  • Maintain PCofMT portal.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Exhibit active listening.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management.
  • Outstanding oral/written communication skills
  • Professional telephone etiquette.
  • Exhibit good judgement.
  • Follow instructions and produce accurate work.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and car insurance.
  •  Proficiency in e-mail, Word, MS Office Applications and Google Platform. Use of internal CRM system.
  • ·Agreement with the PCofMT mission and faith statements and the CareNet Commitment of Care and Competence.
  • · Background Check

 PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associates / bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Psychology, HR, Social Services
  • 2 or more years of experience in nonprofit, ministry, or social work.
        

Status:  Part Time

Monday (Remote), Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (Columbia PRC)

Primary Location:  Columbia, Tennessee

Travel:  None

Compensation:  Range:  $40,000.00 /Annually
