Project Management Specialist for Technical Operations

Position Overview:

KBR is actively searching for a Project Management Specialist to oversee site assessments and the strategic planning, scheduling, and execution of installation initiatives for the Counter-Unmanned Aerial System (C-UAS) program.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily site evaluations and the deployment of new systems.
  • Oversee all project management functions, including planning, scheduling, and executing installation and maintenance activities.
  • Provide comprehensive project management support for domestic and international installations and maintenance operations.
  • Facilitate communication, coordination, and reporting throughout the installation and maintenance processes.
  • Manage the packaging, handling, storage, and transportation of systems.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, liaising with senior Navy officials at installation sites to address issues and ensure adherence to timelines.
  • Prepare and present briefings as required.
  • Handle multiple deliverables on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Act as a liaison with government program authorities on technical matters.
  • May serve as a supervisor for direct report personnel.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
  • Citizenship: Must be a US Citizen.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree (B.S. or B.A.) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or an Associate Degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or a High School Diploma with significant relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with military shore installations and/or unmanned aircraft systems.
  • Proven track record in organically growing a line of business.
