HCH Enterprises, LLC is seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator.  This is a temporary, full-time position with HCH Enterprises, LLC

 

Position Summary:
The Accounts Payable Administrator is responsible for managing and overseeing the accounts payable process, ensuring the accuracy of invoices and timely payment of vendors. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining strong vendor relationships and supporting the financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify invoices and check requests.
  • Sort, code, and match invoices.
  • Set invoices up for payment and enter invoices into the system.
  • Track expenses and process expense reports.
  • Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions.
  • Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up-to-date.
  • Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
  • Maintain vendor files.
  • Produce monthly reports and assist with month-end closing.
  • Provide supporting documentation for audits.
  • Maintain compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Proven working experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable procedures.
  • Excellent data entry skills.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods.
  • Manual dexterity to operate office equipment.
  • Occasional lifting of office supplies up to 20 pounds.
