We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting potential clients, and closing sales for our SAAS company, which offers subscription-based services. This position is commission-only, offering uncapped earning potential based on subscriptions sold.

**Responsibilities:**
1. Prospect and generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and social media.
2. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our SAAS solutions.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
4. Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to close sales and secure new subscriptions.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to effectively position our products and services.
7. Track sales activity and maintain accurate records using CRM software.
8. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

**Requirements:**
1. Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a SAAS or technology-related industry.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively convey complex information.
3. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for exceeding targets.
4. Ability to work independently and remotely, while also collaborating effectively with team members.
5. Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
