Job DescriptionJob Description

The ideal person for this position must have sales experience. The focus will be developing new business through prospecting and cold calling and using your strong presentation and negotiating skills. You must also have a solid track record in successful selling. In this role, you will be involved in planning and executing effective sales strategies to meet or exceed profit and growth targets, identifying and adequately qualifying business opportunities, and opening new accounts while possibly expanding business at existing accounts.

Qualifications

  • At least three years in the staffing industry
  • A proven track record of breaking new accounts
  • Superior communication and customer service skills
  • Effective negotiation and closing techniques
  • The ability to achieve and exceed sales quotas
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Has vital networking and relationship-building skills
  • A professional demeanor, positive attitude, and engaging personality
  • A strong work ethic motivated by results
  • The ability to stay organized
  • Prioritize tasks without compromising the quality or service.
