Company: Madden Industrial Craftsmen, a premier staffing firm, is seeking a dedicated Quality Control Inspector for a client in Phoenix, Arizona. The client manufactures custom heat exchanger coils, fluid coolers, and remote air-cooled condensers for OEM and replacement markets.

Quality Inspector Duties:

  • Establishing quality standards for production
  • Reading blueprints and specifications to ensure operations meet standards
  • Recommending adjustments to production processes
  • Inspecting and testing materials and equipment
  • Using measurement tools like micrometers to assess products
  • Removing non-compliant products and suggesting quality improvements
  • Accepting or rejecting finished products and discussing results with the production team
  • Performing random inspections to assess product quality

Quality Inspector Requirements:

  • Background in production or manufacturing
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
